Enhance sport improvement and enjoyment of sport through evidence-based Mental Skills Training designed to increase confidence, motivation, focus, energy management, resilience and more.
PACKAGE SESSIONS INCLUDE:
(A minimum of 8 sessions recommended)
* Weekly 60 minute consultations in person or via zoom
* Assessment of sport mindset via personalized discussions and questionnaires
* Creation of Individualized Mental Skills Training Program
* Customized weekly challenges for mental skills development
